We are specially designed shoe on each head utilize pressure uniformly around the inside circumference of the pipe to maintain necessary alignment along with necessary purging arrangement suitable for DSS pipe joint.
Internal Pipe Pneumatic Clamp with Purging comes in two types:
- Manual Travelling units for pipe sizes 6″ to 20″
- Motorized Travelling units for pipe sizes 16″ to 48″
A “Manual Travelled” Internal Pipe Pneumatic Clamp with Purging is pulled to the next joint manually. When a “Motorized Travelling” has travelled in the pipe to the next joint under its own power. Internal Pipe Pneumatic Clamp with Purging require compressed air at 100- 145 psi (7-10 bars). Maximum safe working pressure is 175 psi (12 bars).

- Silicon rubber is used to make purge rings because the temperature is high during welding.
- The Oxygen integral exhaust outline is provided in the system for easily analyzing.
- All clamp’s touching points provided suitably for the DSS pipe to prevent corrosion.
- Sufficient space for purge gas will be available in the clamp.
- Automatic centering helps to prevent Hi-low.
- Conversion kit for various pipe sizes available upon request.
- Emergency breaking any system available upon request.
